My search for a South Texas ranch property wasn't progressing well until I met Holden Jacoby.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the area I was interested in.  Holden's helpfulness didn't end at the purchase;  He helped me with water, electricity, builders, and roadwork!  Stand-up guy with good work ethics.
