As a Texas Hill Country native, 4th generation farmer/rancher, and with an entire childhood spent outside, Holden Jacoby is a direct product of his upbringing. Having grown up working for the family business, it was only natural for Holden to dedicate his life to land stewardship as his family had done so before him.
Holden attended Texas Tech University where he received a B.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics in 2011. Upon graduating, Holden returned to Central Texas to serve alongside his parents and three brothers as General Manager of Jacoby and Jacoby, Inc.
After exponentially growing the family business to a vertically integrated operation that now includes a farm and ranching division, cafe, and rail center, Holden set off on his own to pursue his passion for farm and ranch real estate and consultation. In 2022, he founded Jacoby Land Co as a way to share his rich knowledge of Texas land as a land realtor, ranch consultant, and cattle farmer.
Holden's unwavering work ethic and deep understanding of the land and the livestock that inhabit it are unparalleled assets to both buyers & sellers alike. And yet, it is his proud rural upbringing and familial education that truly set him apart. In Holden’s own words, “my family and my upbringing are why I do what I do.” It is the type of passion and love that can’t be taught, and a trait that will make you extremely relieved when you choose Jacoby Land Co for all of your buying and selling needs. Because when working with Holden, you aren’t working on transactions, you’re working to build new legacies.
Holden currently resides in Melvin, Texas with his wife, Racheal, and their two children, Heidi and Price. He currently serves as a member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and is an active supporter of the McCulloch County Junior Livestock Association.
